FAQs [Scanning Issues] Special Characters Appear as Garbled Text

Issue Description:
When using the barcode scanner to scan barcodes, special characters appear as garbled text. (when you have the need to output the characters like Japanese, Vietnamese, German,etc...)

Solutions:
Step 1: 
Make sure that your scanner and computer’s keyboard is corresponding language.

Step 2: 
Install the tools in the download link as below (when you install the tool, your computer will restart)

Step 3:

If you want to show the characters on TXT, please follow the steps as below:

%CHARSET#21→3030060→Scan your barcode.

For Japanese users, there are 2 solution:
1.Show the characters on TXT or Word: 
%CHARSET#1→3030060→Scan your barcode

2.Show the characters on Excel:
%CHARSET#2→3030062→3030AB4→Scan your barcode
